Our main goal is to serve our customers well. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it better. You may return items within 15 days for a full credit, via your original payment method. Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
$7.00 Flat Rate per order. Ships within 2 business days to United States addresses. You may also choose to pick up your order from our store free of charge if you live in the State of Georgia or Florida.
If you wish to pick up your item in the store without paying shipping cost, please Contact Us with the items you wish to purchase with the size, color, etc. and include a date you wish to pick up your order. If no date is included, we will attempt to contact you given the information provided. If we cannot contact you, no items will be removed from general merchandise.
After a date is agreed upon, we will hold your specified items in our store for you for 3 Days (including the agreed-upon date). If, after 3 Days, your items have not been picked up and we have not heard from you regarding your order we will return those items to general merchandise.
We sincerely hope that you will take advantage of our monogramming and appliques to personalize your purchase! However, online pre-orders will not be personalized until payment has been received. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we cannot return personalized items to general merchandise.
